Having not watched the first film or seen the trailer beforehand, I went into this film not expecting much. I thought that it would be just another bland action thriller with lame dialogue and cardboard cut-out characters who we can’t really root for as we don’t know anything about them bar their first names. However, I actually ended up enjoying it more than I thought I would. Sure, there is no character development whatsoever which was to be expected for this kind of film.
